Here's how our process works!

Questions? - Review the web site, including the photos and Lease, then call me, Monique Schneider (206.914.8703) with your questions.


Inspection - Let's meet so you can see the building, yard and tour the available apartment. Bring any pets that will be living with you. We want to ensure that they're friendly toward people and other pets.

  • Application - If our meeting goes well, you'll be asked to complete a basic application.

  • Background - After you've completed the application you'll receive an email asking for your permission to obtain a criminal background check and credit report on you and any adult living in the apartment. If you have skeletons in your closet its best to discuss them before we go any further.

  • Lease - If all goes well, you'll be invited to sign the Lease Agreement (a sample of which is shown under the Lease tab on this web site).

  • Damage Deposit - We understand that moving is expensive, so we only require the first month's rent and a refundable $990.00 security/damage deposit. There's no additional rent or deposit required for your animals.

  • Rent - Rent is due on the first day of the month. You can move in as soon as your apartment is ready and we'll prorate the first month's rent.

First, a simple Application form. Each adult Tenant must complete a separate form.


By submitting this Application, you are agreeing to having a background investigation be conducted of your employment, housing, credit and criminal history, knowing that the results will impact on whether or not you are extended the opportunity to lease an apartment.
